The act consists of a singing Chef, Maitre â??D, Waiter/Waitress or a planted Guest. You have the option of the act with 2 singers or 3 singers.

We recently had the honour of performing at Michael Schumacher's retirement party in Maranello, Italy.Where we performed "The Three Surprise Sopranos" and it went down a storm!

We have also performed for Ferrari, Aston Martin, The Malaysian Royal Family, Many of the premiership football clubs, Barclays, Deutsche Bank and many of the worlds most prestigious companies. The Two Surprise Sopranos

This act contains the Singing Chef and Maitre'd characters.
The Maitre'd appears through out the whole of your meal, making sure your guests truly believe she is in charge of the catering staff at your event. At some point during the meal she makes an announcement that the Chef who prepared the meal, will be leaving the catering company to return to her native Italy.

She brings up the Chef, who very bashfully thanks her and the catering company. She seizes this as her opportunity to do what she has always wanted to do-and bursts into song!

The Maitr'd catching the end of the Chef's display, storms up to her and banishes her back to the kitchen. She insists that she must somehow make up for the Chef's behaviour by bursting into song herself! The Chef returns and confronts the Maitr'd and the act continues with witty dialogue, audience participation and hit songs from the world of Musicals and Opera.

The act last for approximately 30 minutes.


The Three Surprise Sopranos

This begins in the same way as The Two Surprise Sopranos but with the added option of having a Singing Waiter or having a Planted Guest on one of your tables, to really surprise your guests!

With the planted guest, we make sure that he has a believable disguise that we would have agreed with yourselves before hand, so that the people on her table really believe that he is "your long lost cousin who has been living in Australia for the past 10 years" or an old work colleague etc.

She watches the Maitre'd and Chef's performance, gradually getting more and more irritated and decides that she can sing better than the two of them put together and is going to show them how. She then produces a microphone from his suit pocket and bursts into song from your guests table and joins the act.
