Weddings:

What can I say to you about the fabulous, amazing function you catered for us at the weekend for Charlene and Edward's wedding.

The reception was superb, the sushi amazing, the smoked salmon wonderful and the beef tartlets delicious. The duck salad was warm and wonderful and the lamb was so tender I could have eaten it all over again.

Corporate and charity events:

I felt I must drop you a line to say how pleased we were with catering you provided for our Gala reception - the key social event of the exhibition and, whilst everything took second place to the paintings, it was essential that the catering side be of the highest quality.

The comments received by myself and my fellow committee members were universally excellent, both with regard to the food and the unobtrusive but smoothly efficient manner in which your staff served our guests - in less than ideal circumstances - with a very large number of people milling around in a relatively confined space. As one who is in the catering industry I appreciate how much effort and planning goes into assuring a result of that order.

Venues:

James Zimmer has consistently worked at The Banqueting House in Whitehall for the past few years.

He is fully aware of the restrictions which go with working in a historic environment and takes every care to ensure that he and his team abide by the guidelines which our conservators and health and safety advisers issue.

Despite this, his food is consistently excellent and I and my team enjoy working with him. So much so that James Zimmer is the first kosher caterer to be listed at The Banqueting House.
